Privacy, made clear.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Hamroh macOS app, Hamroh device, hamrohio.me and hamrohio.uz websites, and the pre-order service provided by HAMROH TECH LLC.

When you follow a link to another service, that service’s own privacy terms apply.

2. Content that stays on your Mac

Tasks, notes, habits, focus sessions and everyday settings are primarily stored on your Mac and can continue to work offline.

We do not move this content to the cloud to sell it, build advertising profiles or target ads. You control local data through the app or by removing the app.

3. Data processed in the cloud

Secure pairing may process an installation identifier, device name, public cryptographic key, app version and Hamroh serial number. Protected credentials are stored in macOS Keychain.

When connected, Hamroh may send its serial number, firmware version and build, hardware type, active slot, app version, uptime, status and, when available, signal, memory or temperature diagnostics.

This data is used to show device availability, diagnose issues, verify access and deliver signed updates. Task, note and habit text is not part of the heartbeat payload.

4. Pre-order and support data

A pre-order collects your name, phone number, region, quantity, language and optional Telegram username or note. The page may record an anonymous session identifier and basic source, campaign or referrer attribution.

If you contact support, we review the email or Telegram username, message, screenshot and diagnostics you choose to send. Do not send private credentials.

We use this information to confirm an order, contact you about delivery and resolve your support request.

5. Sharing and service providers

Hamroh does not sell personal data or provide it to data brokers for targeted advertising.

Hosting, database, email, or a channel you choose such as Telegram may process data only as needed to operate the service and respond to you.

Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, or meet legal obligations. Device heartbeat records may be retained periodically and in a limited form for operational diagnostics.

You control local content on your Mac. To request access, correction or deletion of pre-order or support data, email support@hamrohio.me.

Some records may need to remain for fraud prevention, audit or legal requirements.

7. Security

Hamroh uses protected credential storage, cryptographic request verification, minimum access and auditable operations.

No system is perfectly secure. We reduce risk by limiting collected data and keeping secrets out of user interfaces and logs.

8. Children’s privacy

Hamroh is a general productivity product and is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you believe such information was provided by mistake, contact us. We will review and help remove it where appropriate.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the date shown on this page.
